Fostering Language Learning among Young Learners: My Internship Experience at Binodini Adarsha Biddyaniketon

Abstract

This internship report represents the aspects of my attempt of fostering language learning among young learners and also presents my experience as an English Teacher from Class One to Class Five at Binodini Adarsha Biddyaniketon. At the very beginning, I was assigned to observe come classed to understand the psychological or inner state of mind of the students.Through these observations, I had a great scope to understand how the little learners interact with teachers in a real classroom setting. Engaging with these students, I was able to explore there are many approaches of teaching, learning. Moreover, I came to know that the most important fact of teaching or learning is the relationship between teacher and student that actually shape the whole learning process.
