Abstract:
The project paper is based on my 3 month internship at at TiCON System Limited as an Intern Content Copywriter from June 2025 to August 2025. The internship was a part of my Bachelor of Arts in English program at Daffodil International University. It gave me the opportunity to work in a professional corporate environment. I was also facilitated to improve my writing skills and gain practical experience in the digital media field. My mainresponsibility during the internship was to manage the official Facebook page of the TiCON System Limited. This included writing posts, suitable captions/ tag lines and publishing them according to plan. I also monitored audience reactions, replied to basic queries and kept track of posted contents. I was also responsible for maintaining a professional online presence for the company. To prepare this report, both primary and secondary sources were utilized. Primary data came from my own experiences, observations and daily activities during the internship. Secondary data came from the company’s Facebook page and reference materials about content writing. This combination helped me not only to be acquainted with my work process but also helped me to learn outcomes more effectively.Moreover, I also developed skills in time management and creativity. Meeting deadlines and finding fresh content ideas were some of the challenges I faced. This project paper also contains a SWOT analysis regarding the job as well as me. Finally, this internship offered me a unique learning opportunity with real-life work experience in content writing industry and prepared me for a successful career ahead.
