dc.description Internship Report en_US
dc.description.abstract This report contains my three-month internship details as an executive at KINOO-Wear Different, a new startup clothing brand that emphasizes creative marketing strategies and exceptional clothing design. The report describes my internship's learnings, growth, improvement, weaknesses also the limitations that I faced and the skills I developed. I worked on different types of brand management during my period of work, such as market research, supplier coordination, customer involvement, social media content planning, inventory updates, and design cooperation etc. I was able to multitask and manage a variety of tasks while working in a startup setting, including organizing posts, coming up with ideas for DTF (Direct-To-Film) printing, organizing marketing campaigns, and helping to improvepackaging. My B.A. in English courses, including Art of Living, Employability 360°, Presentation Skills Development, Listening, Speaking, and Pronunciation, and Computer Fundamentals and Literature in Film and Media, helped me apply and enhance my knowledge in addition to mytechnical and professional skills. My knowledge of visual narrative, camera angles, and picture composition was especially improved by the latter, which I used in product photo shoots to more imaginatively and successfully showcase KINOO's apparel for marketing. In order to succeed in a fast-paced corporate world, these courses gave me the flexibility, problem-solving skills, digital knowledge, communication techniques, and professional ethicsI needed. In addition to improving my professional skills, the internship helped me better grasp branding, collaboration, and market trends in the apparel sector. It was a great step in getting me ready for future business and creative job options. en_US
