Abstract:
The focus of this report is on the lessons I gained from my internship experience as well as the skills I was able to enhance during my time at Tex Bazar. This report details the journey of my three month internship as a UX Research Intern and reflects on the practical knowledge, challenges, and personal development that took place throughout this period. The report begins with a brief introduction to Tex Bazar and its role as a B2B platform in the textile industry. I discussed the major departments of the organization and how each one collaborates to build a smooth digital commerce ecosystem. I then outlined my specific responsibilities during the internship, including how my work in UX research contributed to product development and decision making within the company.Subsequent sections highlight the knowledge and insight I acquired through practical exposure to user interviews, usability testing, and research documentation. I elaborated on my collaboration with my supervisor and teammates, and how that helped me grow professionally and personally. I also explored the challenges I faced early in the internship, such as adjusting to a corporate work culture and handling real user data and how I overcame them through patience, feedback, and adaptability. Additionally, I discussed what I expected to gain from this internship versus what I actually experienced in real time, and how this experience influenced my future career aspirations. Finally,the report concludes with a reflection on the qualities I discovered in myself and the areas I hope to further develop as I move forward in my professional journey.
