Internship Report On “Teaching Experience at Khan Bahadur Awlad Hossain Khan College”

Abstract

This project report is based on my personal teaching experience, primarily drawn from both observed and conducted classes. The main objective is to examine how students in ourcountry are taught and to explore the teaching-learning process in practice. At the beginning of my assignment, I observed several classes taught by the Assistant Professor Mrs. Mita Rani Sen, as well as the Lecturer, Mr. Ismail Hossain. My goal was to understand the challenges students face and the teaching methods used in the classroom. Throughout the project, I made every effort to connect with the students effectively. During this period, I applied what I had learned from my mentors and shared my knowledge with the students. Along the way, I encountered various challenges, which I overcame using my own strategies. The feedback and evaluations I received from observing classes helped me identify my strengths and areas for improvement. Personally, I have always focused on developing new and effective methods for teaching English.
