Experiencing General Banking Activities of Trust Bank PLC

Abstract

The present report is submitted in fulfilment of program requirements for the Bachelor of Arts (Hon’s) in English, deriving from a three-month internship at Trust Bank PLC. Banking has, in contemporary society, emerged as a requisite infrastructure for the continuous management resources and for the sustained facilitation of economic growth. The progressive proliferation of financial institutions has, consequently, intensified sector-level rivalry. Trust Bank PLC occupies a prominent position among Bangladesh’s commercial banks, provisioning a comprehensive spectrum of financial services to individuals, enterprises, agrarian constituencies, and large corporate entities. My internship in the General Banking Departmentallowed me to engage principally with the establishment of new deposit accounts and the delivery of routine retail banking services.
