Abstract:
Coats Digital is the software business of Coats Group, the world’s leading industrial thread company and a trusted industry player. Coats Digital specialises in cloud-based solutions for the fashion and apparel supply chain Industry. Coats Digital helps the brands manage their fabrics, design, costing, sourcing, planning, manufacturing, and shop-floor execution with AI, big-data, and best-practice workflows with their three basic software, which are GSDCost, FastReactFabric and FastReactPlan. During the internship, I was placed in the Sales and Communication department, which func- tions as a critical bridge between the company and its clients. This department ensures the Sales ratio and client communication, post-sales support, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term business relationships. My responsibilities included assisting in cli- ent correspondence, communicating with potential buyers, and supporting documentation and compliance processes.
