| dc.description.abstract | This paper is based on my internship experience at Zirabo Residential School and College, where I worked as part of my Bachelor’s Degree. During my internship, I got the chance to execute the theories and techniques I acquired from my English Language Teaching course in real-world classrooms. I had faced some challenges, such as managing large groups, keeping students engaged, and handling unexpected situations. These experiences taught me how to adjust my teaching methods and improve my lesson plans. Through my observation and teaching practice, I faced challenges like managing large classes and keeping students interested. These experiences helped me improve my teaching techniques, solve problems virtually, and find more confidence in my future career as an English teacher. | en_US |
