A Report on “Exploring Effective Teaching Approaches at Khilda Government Primary School”

Abstract

Teaching is not only a profession but not a respectable work in this world. .Teachers are architect who can shape the world for future.Teaching is not only someone is good at any particular subject.It is all about mortality,ethics,technique and professionalism.Since my childhood I was attracted to this profession. As my Uncle is a teacher, his personality attracted me to being a teacher, When I started teaching, I felt it is not so easy but have to take lots of responsibility. From my childhood,teaching was my dream job.Following the requirements, I have to take classes for two to three months.It was really a good experience to me to talk in front of many students.Not only deliver lecture but also make understandable the lecture to the students. I conducted, observed, taught to classes of iii,iv and v at Khilda government primary school.
