dc.description.abstract This report focuses on a self-evaluation of my teaching and is based on the experience I gained during my internship at Shaheen School and College. I always try to inspire the students. A variety of student types were present here. I made an effort to build a positive relationship with students and always made an effort to remain professional and have positive relationships with my co- workers. The characteristics of a good and effective teacher, reflective practice, task-based learning, Communicative Language Teaching (CLT), choosing the optimal teaching approach, and certain difficulties of teaching in Bangladesh were also covered in this study. Every time I tried to advance, I used a different approach based on the situation. The issues and challenges I had throughout my internship are also covered in this report, along with how I overcame them. The lessons I took away from this experience and how I might apply them to my future teaching were discussed here. Additionally, I offered suggestions that had to be implemented to improve and enhance the learning process. en_US
