Abstract:
This essay attempts to investigate the current situation of English language teaching at Monipur Educare School and Girls College. Since English language training is optional in Bangladesh, it isunclear if pupils are meeting the required learning objectives. I prepared for this observation by concentrating on important topics such as lesson planning, assessment, teaching style, evaluation, and feedback, using knowledge from my English Language Teaching (ELT) course. Understanding current methods in English language instruction and analyzing the teaching strategies employed are the main goals of this paper. This research also seeks to determine the best teaching strategies that aid students in understanding the subject matter.
