Abstract:
This report outlines my internship experience as an English teacher at Uttara Model School and College. Throughout the internship, I acquired and refined essential teaching skills, such as designing lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and activelyengaging students. The experience provided me with the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical teaching environment, enhancing my understanding of various instructional strategies. Interacting with both students and faculty allowed me to gain a deeper appreciation for the complexities of teaching, offering both challenges and rewards. Overall, this internship played a pivotal role in shaping my development as an educator, reinforcing my passion for teaching and strengthening my commitment to supporting student growth and success.
