‘Animal Rearing as A Legal Right: A Socio-Legal Analysis With Special Reference to Bangladesh’

Abstract

This study shows us the socio legal view of animal rearing in Bangladesh, analyzing existing laws, norms and policies also it considers the social practices. It evaluates the effectiveness and importance of animal welfare and rearing law in Bangladesh. The research identifies enforcement, gap, low loops and socio economics challenges which affecting in animal rearing. Practicing by international best practices, the study recommends policy reform, education, economic point of view and industrial revolution in urban. After that all consideration we can make a best animal rearing law in Bangladesh.
