dc.description.abstract This article discourses and evaluates the cybercrimes of Bangladesh. It also discourses about the legal framework for cybercrimes, emerging trends and challenges to prevent cybercrimes. Today’s Bangladesh cybercrime is a major challenge. Now it has become one of the main problem. Cybercrime is now in everywhere which is causing harm to our society, culture, socio-economy development. Basically, it is causing harm to individual’s reputation, property, asset, intellectual property, privacy etc. there are many kinds of cybercrimes in our country. Many research were approved on cybercrime but not a singal research work could put effective result to prevent cybercrime. To prevent cybercrime and creating a secure society, policymakers need to make a strong framework for cybercrime and need to adopt new methods. Through this we can make a secure society and secure Bangladesh. en_US
