dc.description.abstract This paper critically examines the road safety laws in Bangladesh using the metaphor of the human body, where each component of the system legislation, enforcement, technology, public awareness, and judiciary is compared to organs and functions of a living organism. The study identifies gaps and weaknesses in the current framework, provides comparative insights from global best practices, and offers practical, implementable recommendations to strengthen the system. The research emphasizes the need for an integrated, efficient, and sustainable legal framework to reduce road accidents and improve public safety. en_US
