| dc.description.abstract | Rapid development of technology has changed the way individuals search for jobs and the way they can be accessed by their potential employers. Conventional means for finding jobs involve long procedures with minimal communication and a location barrier. Therefore, to counteract the effects of restrictions that exist in conventional means, HireHunt is built as a web-based system for job hunting that acts as an effective means for both seekers and their corresponding employers. This website enables job seekers to register and search for jobs that belong to various categories and companies and apply directly with a resume attachment. One of the unique features of this system is that it encompasses a communications system where the seekers can directly communicate with the employers to get instant clarification and updates that cut the usual waiting times involved with the recruitment procedure. for the administrative interface, employers and admins can formulate and modify postings for jobs and view seekers' details in a systematic way | en_US |
