Abstract:
Online shopping has become an essential aspect of daily life in the current digital era, especially in quickly emerging economies like Bangladesh where technological breakthroughs are changing corporate methods and customer behavior. In order to give customers a smooth, safe, and incredibly responsive buying experience, this project focuses on designing and developing a full e- commerce platform for electronics and smart devices. To create a dynamic and interface that is easy to use and functions well on both desktop and mobile devices, the system makes use of the Django framework for dependable back-end operations, SQLite3 for dependable database administration, and contemporary front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript.Product classification, sophisticated search and filtering capabilities, a shopping cart, safe checkout, and an administrator panel for effective administration of users, orders, and items are among the essential features. Apart from these fundamental features, the project incorporates an AI-driven assistant intended to improve user engagement and streamline platform navigation. Through conversational contact, users can track orders, find goods, get personalized suggestions, and solve common problems thanks to the AI assistant's capability for natural language questions. Through real-time assistance and a more interesting, human-like shopping experience, this clever integration not only increases accessibility but also boosts customer pleasure.To increase consumer engagement and retention, the platform also includes order monitoring, real-time notifications, responsive design principles, and personalized suggestions. All things considered, this project shows how modern web technology and artificial intelligence can be used practically to produce a creative and expandable e-commerce solution. The platform demonstrates how technology-driven solutions can make online shopping smarter, more efficient, and customer-concentric while addressing the changing needs of the contemporary electronics retail industry. It does this by combining a visually appealing, responsive front-end with a secure and well-structured back- end and enhancing it with AI-driven interaction.
