Abstract:
The increasing demand for rental spaces such as houses, sub-let flats, offices, garages,
shops, and showrooms highlights the limitations of traditional to-let systems, which often
rely on physical advertisements, personal networks, or agents and thus consume
significant time and effort, especially for expatriates and individuals relocating. This
project is called Design and Implementation of Online To-Let System, and it introduces an
online system that will make the process of finding rental houses and related services
easier and more modern. The system is to be responsive and easy to use so that a user can
search, view, and select properties anywhere and at any time. The research design was to
examine the current methods in the manuals, interview a number of people working in
international body, and determine what are the problems encountered in the current
practices. Its application utilizes HTML, CSS, PHP, Laravel, SQL, MySQL, JavaScript, to
create an effective, safe, and scalable system. Not only does the proposed system save time
and money of searching a good rental offer, but the rental market is better accessible and
transparent. The study reveals that a combination of innovative web technologies and reallife rental demands can dramatically improve the effectiveness of property searching and
management processes, thus leading to the further increase in user satisfaction and
service delivery
