In today’s fast-moving digital world, finding the right job—or the right candidate—can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. Traditional hiring methods often involve a lot of time, paperwork, and back-and-forth communication, making the whole process slow and inefficient. To solve these challenges, this project introduces a mobile-based Job Portal Application built with Flutter, aimed at bringing job seekers and recruiters together on one seamless platform. The app is thoughtfully designed with three distinct user panels—Admin, Recruiter, and Job Seeker—each offering features tailored to their specific roles. Admins have the ability to manage all aspects of the platform. This includes maintaining user accounts, overseeing the virtual coin system (used by job seekers to apply for jobs), and ensuring the overall health and integrity of the app. From a single dashboard, recruiters may post new job positions, examine application profiles, shortlist qualified applicants, communicate with prospects directly, and monitor their hiring progress. Job seekers can view a variety of job postings, apply with virtual currency, update their resumes, communicate with recruiters, and get real-time application status information. We utilized Flutter's cross-platform capabilities, which let us create apps for both iOS and Android from a single codebase, to realize this capability. Firebase manages every aspect of the backend, including cloud storage, real-time data syncing, and secure authentication. In order to facilitate virtual coin in-app purchases, we have additionally incorporated payment gateways. One of the app's best features is its location-based search, which helps users find local job openings and gives the experience a more useful and customized feel.All things considered, the application expedites the employment process, making it quicker, better-organized, and simpler for all parties to handle. The app provides a contemporary solution to a longstanding issue—matching people with the appropriate opportunities—with a clear, userfriendly design and a strong technological foundation. |
