dc.description.abstract This report provides a detailed report about a five-month internship experience at the Madmen Digital, as a Content Production Executive. The internship was conducted under supervision of Dr. Shaikh Muhammad Allayear of the Daffodil International University Department of Multimedia and Creative Technology (MCT) and was conducted between April 2025 and September 2025. The major aim was to gain practical experience in the field of cinematography, content planning, video editing, and visual communication, thus, applying the theoretical knowledge obtained in the courses of the undergraduate studies to practical projects. The author was also involved in a variety of creative work, such as pre-hype reels, event reels, monthly brand retainer reels, social media campaign reels, product shoot reels, and brand outlet reels. The report presents the procedures, issues, and learning outcomes of each project, personal input, and teamwork with supervisors and colleagues, as well as the utilisation of the industry-accepted resources, which is mostly CapCut Desktop, to produce high-quality digital content and in the shortest amount of time possible.. en_US
