dc.description.abstract A Distributed and Event-Driven Online Judge System Competitive Programming is a contemporary and online program, which focuses on popularizing the quality of abilities and analytical skills of students with respect to the sphere of competitive programming. The system enables the users to practice a coding exercise, provide their answers and receive the correct and automated responses in real time. It also has a built-in Online Judge playground, which lets one write, compile, and test code in the browser without any outside software or local development environment is needed. The programming languages are numerous in the system and the system has a systematic and user friendly interface in order to learn and develop the algorithmic thinking. It has problem solving timers, detailed reports of verdicts, history of submissions and performance analytics among others, all of which are also interwoven in a full learning experience. By providing an easy, reliable, and efficient judging service, Online Judge will contribute to improving the level of analytical abilities of the users and making the educational process in the field of competitive programming easier. en_US
