dc.description.abstract The Smart Doctor Appointment System is a web-based healthcare solution designed to simplify and automate the process of booking medical appointments. Traditional appointment systems often involve long waiting times, manual scheduling errors, and inefficient communication between patients and healthcare providers. This system aims to overcome these challenges by providing a centralized digital platform where patients can easily search for doctors, view availability, and book appointments in real time. The system enables doctors to manage their schedules efficiently by updating available time slots, reducing overbooking and administrative burden. Patients can register, log in, and access a user-friendly interface to select specialists based on department, availability, and ratings. Additionally, the system includes features such as automated notifications, appointment reminders, and digital record management to improve communication and reduce missed appointments. en_US
