Online Travels Agency Testing Report

Abstract

Internship reports highlight the key tasks carried out by the author, covering both academic and non-academic aspects. This report aims to analyze and describe my experience, focusing on the projects I completed, the skills I gained, and the credit earned as an intern. I worked as an Intern SQA Engineer at the Tour Project, a web-based travel solution by Prime Tech Solutions LTD. Before joining Prime Tech Solutions LTD, I didn't fully understand the meaning of "luck." However, now I truly appreciate it. During my time at the Tour Project, I received incredible support from my colleagues, and their kindness will always stay with me. Not everyone may have the same experience, so my advice to future interns is to actively engage with the office environment and its culture. I believe that there should be arrangements for recreational time in the office to prevent work from becoming monotonous and disengaging. Everyone needs time for refreshment outside of their tasks to maintain a balanced and productive mindset. Apart from the testing work, I faced several challenges—both technical and non-technical. As my internship came to an end, I realized that my communication and management skills had improved significantly. Additionally, I gained valuable insights that will undoubtedly assist me in my future career.
