Abstract:
This project focuses on the design and implementation of an industrial motor control and protection system for three-phase motors, integrating essential components such as overloadrelays, phase sequence relays, and an Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). The system aims to enhance operational reliability, safety, and efficiency by preventing electrical faults and ensuring uninterrupted power supply during outages. Comprehensive testing demonstrated the system's effectiveness in protecting motors from overloads and phase imbalances. The project highlights the economic benefits, improved workplace safety, and sustainability of advanced motor control solutions, emphasizing the need for continuous innovation in industrial applications to meet evolving challenges.
