Abstract:
The report you are viewing was taken as part of my MBA studies and was based on my internship. It also showcases what I have learned and how I have applied it during my internship at Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation (BHBFC) in the last three months. Here, the overall objective of the study is to find out about the work situation within the company and draw on real-life experience in professional action. The report also requires the submission of documentation on the configuration of the financial sector and its functioning, and how companies operate. This report has relied significantly upon the secondary sources of data, and the first section consists of the administrative section, where the methodology and the framework followed to undertake the report are discussed and presented in detail. The second section presents my experience in the internship in the different sections of BHBFC and the skills and activities that I was able to undertake in the internship session in here. The last section includes the determination and proposals based on an in-depth analysis of this report. Additionally, I was tasked with working with the Customer Service and Relationship Management Division during my internship at Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation. At this office, I got direct contact with the Relationship Management Team. So I was able to expand my understanding of customer service and relationship management strategies in the banking industry.
