By maintaining financial stability and modernizing its loan schemes, BHBFC successfully bridges the housing finance gap, significantly contributing to national stability and improved quality of life and also the Corporation's strategic outlook focuses on digitalization and expanding its reach to underserved rural sites, solidifying its essential role in Bangladesh's development objective. The key to a competitive edge over rivals is an association's human resources. In order to manage these human resources, different companies around the world employ a variety of ways to generate a skilled staff. These HR procedures are a collection of ideas used to find qualified employees and boost their loyalty, productivity, and dedication to the company. The human resources practices of Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation are described in this paper, along with the significance of staff development. My journey as an intern in the Department of Human Resources served as the basis for the analysis. According to what we know academically, HR practices encapsulate the theoretical existence of processes like hiring and selection, HRP, training and development, pay and benefits, and performance management. Although there are a number of variations, I've found that few organizations use these library beliefs. Generally speaking, they will recondition, alter and even delete them as needed. In my internship report, I made a sincere effort to uphold and adhere to the HR procedures set forth by BHBFC, identify the issues that force them to relocate, and offer suggestions that might better their situation. |
