dc.description.abstract Situation Analysis This report attempts to critically analyze the marketing strategy of Royal Venture Limited (RVL) in the lights of 4Ps (Product, Price, Promotion and Place) and STP (Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning) framework. Royal Venture Limited aims to be one of the worlds most influential and ethical tourism/immigration/education consultation service providers. Their mission and purpose is to improve people’s lives through superior travel, immigration, or educational services, while striving to always provide more than expected, act with integrity, and help our clients and staff achieve incremental growth. Product Strategy: RVL The RVL product strategy epitomizes service diversity and customer centric excellence. The company provides a complete range of services such as customized domestic and international holidays, effortless immigration facilities (to Canada), student admissions to world-renowned universities abroad and distinctive Umrah and Hajj packages. These services address the unique demands of all of its customers by maintaining levels of ethical integrity and professionalism. Pricing is aimed to be low and competitive. By matching price and market attributes, RVL is able to balance a concern for price competitiveness with a concern for profits, making it more appealing to more market segments. Promotion RVL is a mix of traditional and electronic means of promoting the product. The company uses social media channels to actively interact with clients, build loyalty and brand awareness. Relationship with educational institutions and customers Communication with institutions Promotions Advertising as well as cooperation with educational institutions and other stakeholders augment marketing, increasing its scope.
