dc.description Internship Report en_US
dc.description.abstract This internship report has been prepared for the MBA program and focuses on assessing the recruitment and selection process at PRAN-RFL Group, a prominent manufacturing conglomerate in Bangladesh. The principle impartial of this learning is to evaluate how efficiently the organization manages its hiring procedures and how these practices impact its overall operational success. During my three-month internship in the Human Resource Department of PRAN- RFL Group,I was actively involved in various stages of the employment process. My responsibilities included sorting resumes, contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with preliminary evaluations. These tasks allowed me to gain practical knowledge and observe the company’s hiring methods firsthand. The findings indicate that PRAN-RFL Group follows a well-structured recruitment process, utilizing both internal and external sources to attract potential candidates. The organization emphasizes selecting individuals who not only meet the job requirements but also align with its corporate culture. Despite the strengths of the current system, certain areas can be improved, such as increasing automation in the hiring process, reducing the overall time-to-hire, and enhancing the candidate experience. en_US
