dc.description.abstract The Ready-Made Garments (RMG) sector began to grow in Bangladesh in the late 1951s, mostly as an export-oriented sector. The RMG sector has grown to be a significant economic force in Bangladesh, influencing the financial services, communications, transportation, and other associated businesses. The RMG sector has significantly impacted society. 1.2 million women now have jobs and are financially independent thanks to it, which has helped Bangladesh become known as a modern, progressive nation. The clothing industry is playing a crucial part in keeping people up to date with the latest technological advancements in this age of globalization. Bangladesh's ready-made clothing industry has grown to be the sector with the highest foreign exchange earnings. Two sectors contribute to the clothing industry's yearly national export revenue. They are knitwear and woven clothing. The application of HRM in clothing has sped up, simplified, and improved the comfort of its operations. The report's introduction is included in Chapter 1. This chapter covers the report's history, goals, methodology, study scope, significance and limitations, and lack of experience.
