An Analysis of the Supply Chain Management of Apex Footwear Limited

Abstract

This internship report is part of Master of Business Administration (MBA) course at the Daffodil international university. Under the name of the paper, “An Analysis of the Supply Chain Management of Apex Footwear Limited”, the researchers discuss the supply chain operations of the company, namely, planning, procurement, production, logistics, inventory control, and distribution. Apex footwear Limited is a well known company both locally and internationally that is playing in the footwear industry of Bangladesh. Its integrated supply chain makes it quality, cost-controllable, and provision of delivering on time, which are some of the major factors that contributed to the competitiveness and the growth of the company. The current report examines the supply chain management of Apex to enhance its operation efficiency and customer needs.
