This study investigates the various motivational techniques employed by teachers at Milestone School and College and evaluates their effectiveness in enhancing student engagement and academic performance. Recognizing motivation as a critical component of the learning process, the research focuses on identifying the strategies teachers use to inspire students and foster a positive educational environment. The study adopted a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative interviews with selected teachers and quantitative survey data collected from students. Findings reveal that teachers at Milestone School and College employ a diverse range of motivational techniques, including positive reinforcement, goal-setting, use of multimedia tools, individualized feedback, and the creation of a supportive classroom culture.
