An Evaluation of Recruitment and Selection Process of IFIC Bank PLC.

Abstract

This report has been written keeping in mind my three-month internship in IFIC Bank Limited and the title of the report is “Recruitment and Selection Process of IFIC Bank Limited”. As we know that it is one of the mandatory requirements to pursue MBA from Daffodil International University that beside the theoretical knowledge students must have practical idea about how the business world works so for this purpose, we have taken this internship from IFIC Bank Limited. This report has been written to fulfill the requirements of the university and IFIC Bank Limited. International Finance Investment and Commerce Bank Limited (IFIC Bank) is a banking company formed with limited liability. The bank has grown substantially in the last years. It has now 157 branches and 500 sub-branches throughout Bangladesh. IFIC Bank is endeavoring to attain its strategic objectives while offering banking services throughout the country.
