dc.description Internship Report en_US
dc.description.abstract In order to fulfill my academic requirements, I had completed a 3-months internship with Azoka Limited. The purpose of this paper is to investigate employee engagement and job satisfaction at Azoka Limited. Internship is an integral part of my university's MBA program. It was an honor for me to be a part of this company since they enabled me to show off my skills and develop them so that I could perform excellently in real-life situations. Azoka Ltd. has formed strong connections with renowned local snack and beverage producers. They will acquire certain products through collaborations with Golden Harvest, Aftab Food, and Khass Food. Currently, their clientele consists exclusively of affluent individuals. To cater to their discerning high-end customers, they import top-notch goods from various countries including the United Kingdom, France, Thailand, Dubai, and others. The service provided by AZOKA is highly satisfactory to their customers. I was assigned at their Gulshan branch. en_US
