This report is a detailed description of the internship experience I have acquired at EZY Hub Ltd,
where I had the opportunity to work as a Junior Finance Executive (Intern) between August 2025
and October 2025. The organization is a business process outsourcing (BPO) company that
accommodates Australian. mortgage brokers through documentation of clients, loan issuance and
financial evaluation.
This report is primarily aimed at discussing the loan procedure of mortgage broker assistance and
the accounting procedures observed in that workflow. My internship has helped me to interact.
directly through loan applications, client financial analysis, CRM systems, including SalesTrekker,
MyCRM, flex, and apply online, and loan lender document submission processes.
This experience provided me with practical experience in financial documentation, credit.
evaluation, and contact with brokers and lenders. The report outlines my daily fatigue, work load,
learning outcomes, and therapeutic comments. Further, the research paper singles out financial
discipline, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance. have significant roles in mortgage business.
It also incorporates suggestions of improvement. efficiency of workflow by automation and
improvement of data integration.
On the whole, this internship brought the gap between the academic learning and professional
practice. assisting me in enhancing my analytical, documentation and financial coordination skills
in a changing global business world. |
