Abstract:
This report looks at the employee training and development approaches at Dabur Bangladesh Private
Limited. The company’s strategies to improve worker competences, competence, and work satisfaction
are discussed. Dabur Bangladesh is a subsidiary of Dabur India Limited. It is one of the most valuable
skills in the fast-moving consumer goods sector and has put an emphasis on the constant development of
employees to stay at the top of the industry.
This report’s executive summary and introduction provide a gist of Dabur Bangladesh’s training
programs attributed. The report studies how these programs are delivered, such as training and online
workshops, and a combination of both to evaluate the training’s effectivity on the basis of input from
employees, training performance, and metrics.
The main problem from above is that despite the comprehensive and well-structured nature of Dabur’s
