Abstract:
This study aimed to cover the Recruitment and selection Activities of Shahjalal Islami Bank
PLC. This study gave me a chance to know the ISLAMI Bank’s Recruitment and selection
Activities condition in Bangladesh. I worked and gained valuable practical knowledge about
banking. At the same time to know about the performance of ISLAMI Bank PLC. The report
demonstrates my hard work in adapting to an environment and overcoming challenges to
understand how ISLAMI Bank Recruitment and selection Activities in the industry. I have
divided the report into seven parts. I have discussed the overview of ISLAMI Bank. It covered
the profile of ISLAMI, Mission, Vision, Core Values Strategic Priorities. It also covered
management structure, Organizational Hierarchy and products offered by ISLAMI. Then I
came up with Recruitment and selection Activities of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. I covered the

Lastly, I have to say that there might be some information about the company that may not be
found in this report due to the security policy of the company as there are some specs where
the company needs to be more confidential.
