dc.description.abstract This report shows how Nebs It Solution communicates with their customers. What methods the company uses to keep its customers satisfied and the entire company profile is mentioned. In the fiercely competitive digital communication market, the internship's main objectives were to analyze the company's marketing mix, or the 4Ps, assess its efficacy, and pinpoint areas for improvement. Campaigns were set up digitally during the internship, competitor sources were reviewed . Business data sales were done through various sectors, while social media content were. In addition to that, Nebs IT Solution was promoted to professional teams, small to large businesses, and academic institutions through creating promotional information pieces and communication. with potential customers, and helping to execute campaigns. These tasks helped to make it easier client relationship skills, B2B communications skills, and online marketing skills. The study outlined a number of significant obstacles, such as low brand recognition, a lack of organized influencer or partnership marketing strategies, trouble locating good investment opportunities, and inadequate data for efficient outreach. The results also underlined the significance of better feedback systems, strategic cooperation, and data management and collection. All things considered, the internship aided Nebs IT Solution's marketing initiatives while offering worthwhile professional development.
