The analysis shows that Knit Concern Ltd. has made its products to meet customer needs. Set a pricing strategy that balances profit with affordability. They have been using effective distribution channels to reach a wide market. They applied carefully and creatively promotional methods to strengthen its brand. Based on the findings, this report offers practical recommendations to improve current strategies and shows possible challenges.
