Abstract:
This internship report, "Recruitment and Selection Process of Rahim Group Ltd.," develops from the MBA internship program, which facilitates the application of theoretical knowledge in practical situations. The document details the specific recruitment and selection processes at Rahim Group Ltd. In conducting this study, I integrated understandings from my professional position, academic background, and personal experiences. The first chapter presents introduction of the internship report. Chapter two contains the company background, while chapter three presents theoretical framework of the report. The chapter four covers analysis of recruitment & selection process of Rahim Group Ltd, chapter five describes the findings, recommendations & conclusion.
