Abstract:
A bank is an institution where individuals and organizations come together to manage public funds, providing financial support through direct lending or investment activities. The authority and operations of a bank are regulated by law and are closely tied to the economic stability of a country. In Bangladesh, the banking sector has experienced significant growth due to sound financial management and economic expansion. In recent years, the industry has evolved with a broader vision, driven by the emergence of new banks. This transformation has been marked by enhanced service quality, technological advancements, effective credit management, and improved performance— resulting in greater customer satisfaction. The focus of this study, Human Resource Regulations in the Business Period in Bangladesh highlights the critical role of human resource management (HRM) in the banking sector. Globally, the importance of HRM in banking has increased rapidly, as human capital plays a vital role in enhancing organizational value and contributing to economic progress. Strong human resource governance not only strengthens financial institutions but also adds long-term value to the economy. In today’s highly competitive business landscape, organizations face constant challenges and opportunities. Rather than solely prioritizing financial gains, modern businesses are now committed to attracting, managing, and retaining the best talent. Human potential is no longer limited to wealth-driven markets but is recognized as a key driver of sustainable success.
