The purpose of this internship report entitled ‘’An Analysis of Training and Development Practices at Monno Fabrics Limited’’ is to discuss a training system and its effectiveness on the number of personnel. Monno Fabrics Limited is one of the largest integrated fabric producers in Bangladesh and engaged in spinning, weaving, dyeing, and finishing, thereby offering premium quality fabrics to the local as well as international market. The paper looks into how the organization aims at equipping its human resources with the skills and knowledge to ensure the demand of the industry is met, competition is sustained and the goals of the organization are achieved. The primary goal of the research was the survey of training and development practices in Monno Fabrics Limited. Some of the specific purposes are to learn and understand training approaches, find out the issues that need correction, and make constructive suggestions to improve the training system. Data was gathered by means of questionnaires, interviews, and documents, from which the emphasis was on the Manikganj operation of the firm. The findings of the research indicate that the training practices that have been put in place by Monno Fabrics Limited are effective, but areas such as advancement, contentment, and training delivery need to be improved. In order to develop the training framework, the organization should be able to adapt the training framework. Doing that will ensure better performance among employees, enhanced attainment of strategic goals, and greater survival within the textile industry in this case. It is these kinds of factors that will promote increased growth for the organization in the long run. This report contains practical recommendations to help fill the existing voids, with specific attention to training strategies and their usage – which also emphasizes the need for progress and development in enhancing the skills of the employees. in preparation before training. Some of the recommendations are diversifying training methods, soft skills, e-learning-and game-based activities, and aligning training modules with organizational goals. The importance of assessment, employee feedback on the facilities, and continuous improvement may lead to making the whole process more effective and adaptable. |
