For the MBA program, the chosen topic focuses on the generation of general statistics and the advertising and marketing strategies of various organizations and systems. Interning with “Sales Tell” provided exposure to multiple brands, offering a broader experience compared to working with a single brand. This internship facilitated an understanding of software tools, marketing principles, planning, and strategies relevant to working in an IT company. Sales Tell comprehensive approach to finalizing work before submission to clients highlights the importance of effective marketing strategies. The role of IT tools and their optimal use by professionals is crucial in this process. Observing the activities of a digital marketing strategist was both insightful and rewarding. Digital marketing's effectiveness is rooted in establishing brand recognition. A marketing agency plays a key role in communicating the brand to clients and driving sales. This report provides a descriptive analysis of the marketing agency's role and the processes involved in marketing. Sales Tell faces several challenges in its marketing and business strategies. Despite using SEO, the website’s ranking could struggle due to high competition and lack of advanced strategies. On social media, standing out may be difficult without innovative content. Over-reliance on platforms like Facebook and Google Ads could be risky if algorithms change or ad costs rise. An optimized CRM system may impact client follow-ups and retention. The focus on flexible pricing might devalue services, and reliance on paid ads could lead to ad fatigue.
