This report evaluates the recruitment and selection process at Daffodil International University (DIU), a leading private university in Bangladesh. The study examines DIU's structured approach to hiring, from job analysis and advertisement to interviews and onboarding. The process emphasizes merit-based hiring to ensure alignment with DIU’s mission of academic excellence and innovation. The process is well-organized, transparent, and effective at attracting qualified candidates, particularly for academic and specialized roles. Structured steps like written tests, interviews, and reference checks ensure the selection of skilled professionals. This report has been prepared through expensive discussion with officials. Both qualitative and quantitative data collection procedure has been utilized in this report. The qualitative data was collected by informal discussion with the officers, employees and customers of Daffodil International University. Which briefly reveals the “Recruitment and Selection Process of DIU, the objective of this report is to learn about the overall evaluation of recruitment and selection procedure of the Daffodil International University. To assess the current selection and recruitment policy of DIU. To examine the Recruitment & Selection process followed by Daffodil International University and to find out the weaknesses of the current Recruitment & Selection policy. The DIU recruiting process ensures that for every position available in this sector, there are a sufficient number of qualified applicants. DIU has some selection processes. After the recruitment process completes DIU selects people from applicant peoples by using those processes. In this report I have found that DIU takes a smooth process in recruitment and selection. |
