Abstract:
This formal report highlights the professional experience that has been accumulated. From 1st
September, 2023 to 31st December, 2023 as an Intern in Shajgoj Limited’s Human Resource
Management Department. I researched the "An Analysis of the Talent Acquisition Process of
Shajgoj Limited." The basic main objective of this work is to outline HR departmental
operations. In this report, I have explained the HR operations of Shajgoj Limited as well as
my internship experience, and I have organized the report into five chapters.
The first chapter contains the report's context research, aims, motivation, scope of limits, and
methodology.
The 2nd chapter discusses Shajgoj Limited's company profile containing a firm overview and
history, trend and growth analysis, client segmentation, goods and services, business
operations, and so on
I described HR duties in the third chapter, including talent acquisition, payroll and hr
operations, performance appraisal, and legal and compliance.
However, in chapter four, I go into my internship experiences, including positions, tasks,
responsibilities, new skills, academic knowledge.
Finally, in Chapter 5, I finished this report by including some important elements such as
suggestions, essential understanding, etc.
