dc.description.abstract This study focuses on the Recruitment and Selection process of Green Nature Resort and Suites, situated at Cox’s Bazar. This report is an endeavor to overview and analyze the recruitment & selection techniques of the resort, which is essential to deliver a high standard of service excellence and guest satisfaction in the hospitality industry. The report is segmented into a few chapters, starting with the introduction which explains the background of the internship project, the source of the study, the background of the study, objectives, scope and methodology followed by the limitations encountered while conducting the research. An introduction to Green Nature Resort and Suites is provided along with the resort’s mission, vision, core values, and a diverse assortment of services that give background to the procedures with recruiting. The fundamental part of the report on the recruitment and selection process at Green Nature Resort. It provides a comprehensive review of the methodologies of recruitment and selection for assessment. The report demonstrates that the resort scouted both internal and external recruitment, the significance of having a job description clear role specification and while on the selection procedures it applies written test, oral test, interview and personality test. It also identifies the barriers to success, including long background checks, restricted reliance on online tools, and manual processing of candidate information. Secondary data, including the reports of audit and compliance, the official documents of the organization and the department and relevant industry information was obtained from the HR department of the resort. Although there were barriers such as limited time and the inability to access confidential information, the report provides a comprehensive overview of the resort's human resources. Finally, the Green Nature Resort needs to focus more on its recruitment and selection process according to the report. It makes suggestions for increasing effectiveness such as compatibility with background check procedures, the introduction of Internet recruiting systems, and the addition of recruiting channels. These changes will enable the resort to attract and keep the best of the best, giving the resort a greater chance at long-term success in the hospitality industry. en_US
