dc.description Internship Report en_US
dc.description.abstract This report contains an in-depth analysis of the marketing process of an affordable luxury hotel, Hotel Nandini in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The report identifies the marketing efforts of the hotel. It focuses on how the hotel has been able to establish an effective brand name by using both the traditional and emerging marketing opportunities such as social media, email marketing and collaborating with online travel agencies. The findings indicate that, although Hotel Nandini has established a good name in the neighbourhood, it experiences problems like financial constraints, stiff competition with other big hotels in the area, and inability to match customer expectations. Some of the suggestions the report provides include the need to commit more funds to digital marketing, to partner with more influencers and to work on the hotel loyalty program. The measures above will enable Hotel Nandini to strengthen its thumbprint in the market, gain more visitors, and form a long-term relationship with its customers, assuring sustainable growth in the competitive landscape of hotels. en_US
