dc.description.abstract This report presents an in-depth examination of the operational processes at Air Ticketingand Reservation of Finger Flights undertaken as part of a six-month mandatoryinternship for the Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management program at Daffodil International University. Designed to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical experience, the internship aimed to provide hands-on exposure to the core functions of the travel industry, particularly in the areas of tour package development and air ticketing process. This report explores the air ticketing and reservation process of Finger Flights, highlighting its operational structure, technological integration, customer service approach, and system effectiveness. As a modern airline service provider, Finger Flights has implemented a Computerized Reservation System (CRS) integrated with Global Distribution Systems(GDS), enabling real-time access to flight schedules, seat availability, and fare updates for both customers and partner travel agents. en_US
