Abstract:
I served food and beverages at Hotel Shuktara Pvt. Ltd. throughout my internship. My report details what I learned and achieved and my professional views. The first chapter explains the internship's purpose and background. It also shows that the report is based on the author's experience with the Food and Beverage Service department. It covers the scope, objectives, methodology (qualitative), data sources, and constraints such as limited time and a focus on one department. The second chapter includes detailed information on Hotel Shuktara, such as its location, mission, vision, objectives, and services. It highlights all significant departments in the hotel, with particular emphasis on the Food and Beverage Department and how it contributes to client pleasure.
