dc.description.abstract Chapter 1– Introduction outlines the significance of trading-type companies in the economic development of Bangladesh. It defines the scope, objectives, and methodology of the report, with a focus on analyzing financial performance through primary data collected from SKRP GROUP and secondary sources, including websites and publications. Chapter 2 – Company Profile presents an overview of SKRP GROUP , its history since inception in 2003, mission and vision, and diversified business concerns including electrical products, renewable energy, agro-exports, logistics, and R&D. The chapter also highlights its product segments, distribution network, and certifications such as ISO and SME awards. Chapter 3 – Internship Role and Responsibilities describes the author’s role as an Accounting Intern. Key responsibilities included managing accounts receivable/payable, handling petty cash, using Tally ERP 9, and preparing financial reports. Valuable learning outcomes included enhanced understanding of financial documentation and compliance. Chapter 4 – Financial Activities introduces the income statements and balance sheets from 2020 to 2024, forming the basis for the ratio analysis in the next chapter. Analysis evaluates financial ratios under four categories: liquidity, activity, profitability, and solvency. Key metrics like current ratio, ROA, ROE, inventory turnover, and debt ratio reveal mixed performance—moderate profitability, declining liquidity, and high dependence on debt. Chapter 5 – Conclusion provides actionable suggestions such as improving cash management, reducing liabilities, optimizing inventory, and enhancing operational efficiency to ensure long-term sustainability and financial health. Chapter 6 – The internship at SKRP GROUP significantly enhanced my practical finance skills, bridging academic theory with real-world application. I contributed to financial operations, gained industry insights, and developed both technical and soft skills. Challenges faced improved adaptability, while networking and key lessons shaped my professional growth and future aspirations. en_US
