dc.description.abstract An internship is more than a formality. It’s that moment when textbooks finally make sense. Theory on its own isn't enough. Not really. You need the noise, the faces, the unexpected questions from real people. That’s where the learning begins. This report well, it's a reflection of that journey. My journey. And honestly, it wasn’t always smooth. First Alhamdulillah. Without Allah’s help, I wouldn't have made it through. It was tough, sometimes tiring, but worth every second. I’m genuinely thankful to my supervisor, Farhana Noor, Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration at Daffodil International University. Her guidance? Priceless. A steady hand when things felt unclear. She never rushed. Always listened. Also can’t forget Md. Moniruzzaman Khan. He’s the Principal Officer, International Program Department. A long title for someone who made things easy. Supportive, responsive—he was always there when I hit a wall. And then, the people at Grameen Bank. The branch at Mirpur-2, Dhaka. I walked in nervous that first day. But they made it easy. Welcoming. Helpful. They didn’t just answer my questions—they explained them. Slowly, sometimes with stories. That mattered. In the end? This internship gave me more than expected. I walked in with questions. Left with perspective. Real-world perspective. And that, I believe, will shape what I become next. en_US
